Implementation of the Odoo ERP at Damac Club for the Finance and HR modules — the club is listed among Odoo’s official customer references. I led project management and data governance: from requirements and process alignment to master-data cleansing, migration, access control and reporting.

Finance operations and employee affairs were spread across separate files and systems, making spend control, contract follow-up and a single trusted report difficult.
A unified Odoo system linking Finance and HR, with standardised master data (accounts, cost centres, employees, contracts), clear roles and permissions, and operational reports for management.
